Hello, my name is Hayley. M. Rayner a LPC-S in Arizona and Michigan.
First off, congratulations and welcome to the beautifully blended practice of science and art. I look forward to meeting you, please reach out anytime.
I am EST time and travel to Arizona to meet you for in person board LLPC Supervision requirements. I have no problems leaving Michigan for Arizona's warm weather, please do not hesitate to contact me. I follow board certifications closely, and I am in contact with resources to ensure I meet your requirements for full licensure.
I have been working as a board certified Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) since 2012 and board-certified supervisor (S) in MI since 2016 and AZ from 2022.
My heart is with advocating on committees for Licensed Professional Counselors helping to promote mental health standards.
I enjoy helping Limited Licensed Professional counselors (LLPC) identify and achieve their personal goals by coping with the issues that are causing stress and anxiety. I take great pride in the progress and success of my clients and look forward to helping you achieve your goals. I feel like at this point in my career I can add to the field of counseling by ensuring people have the chance to explore what being a counselor means to them after graduation. I am collaborative with a tad of direction and a lot of psychoeducation and encouragement.
I have not forgotten my experiences, some good and some not so great...all in all I got through it with who I am supposed to be as a Licensed Professional Counselor. I offer supervision for aspiring LLPC's only. I am working the daily odds and refusing to submit to the usual title of private practice. I am community, we are all a part of the health system. Join me in the efforts to build, change and promote choice in what mental health offers.
My program is specifically designed to work with LLPC, not dually licensed professionals. If you already hold a degree, please seek alternative supervision.
